You may be here because life has felt too heavy for too long. Maybe you’ve tried counseling before and left feeling unheard or unchanged. Maybe this is your first time reaching out — and you’re unsure, nervous, or even skeptical about whether it will help. You might be here because someone you love encouraged (or pressured) you to try, or because deep down you know you can’t keep going the way things are.

Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you won’t have to do this alone.

I specialize in trauma-informed counseling and life coaching, meeting you exactly where you are — without judgment, pressure, or expectation. My work is rooted in the belief that you are not broken and that healing isn’t about “fixing” you, but about helping you release what’s been weighing you down, build skills that support your wellbeing, and reconnect with your own strength.

As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I understand how traditional therapy spaces can sometimes feel like they weren’t designed for you. I’m committed to creating a space that is flexible, affirming, and tailored to your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and processing the world.

In our sessions, you can expect a mix of conversation, exploration, and practical tools. We might work with mindfulness, journaling, emotional regulation skills, grounding techniques, or evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS. As a life coach, I also help you identify your values, clarify your goals, and create realistic steps toward the life you want to live.

Clients often tell me that they leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more equipped to handle what comes next. Sometimes that change is subtle and gradual, and other times it’s a shift you can feel right away. Either way, my role is to walk alongside you — steady, present, and committed to your growth — for as long as you need.

If you’re ready to take the next step, even if you’re unsure what that step looks like, I’m here to begin that process with you. All parts of you are welcome here.
