Sara Shaw is a Master of Social Work (MSW) therapy intern who strives to meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and care. She takes a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences and needs. Sara believes healing happens within a genuine, collaborative relationship and is committed to creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and authentic.

With a background in cancer research, Sara brings a deep understanding of how medical experiences and systemic stress can impact emotional well-being. She is especially interested in supporting individuals navigating medical trauma, health-related stress, and the everyday life challenges that can arise during times of change or uncertainty.
