Marena Hughes, LMFT is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to co-create meaningful change. As a marriage and family therapist, Marena believes that many struggles are shaped—and healed—within relationships. She offers a supportive, collaborative space where patterns can be explored with care, connection can be strengthened, and new ways of relating can emerge. Marena values counseling with acceptance, authenticity, and empathy, and she enjoys listening closely to clients’ stories while helping them take an active role in their own well-being.

Marena’s work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory. Her clinical interests include supporting couples and families through infidelity and trust repair, grief and life transitions, medical and chronic health concerns, parenting challenges, and trauma. Marena also holds certificates in Integrated Behavioral Healthcare & Medical Family Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
