I believe that every person has within them the wisdom needed to thrive and my goal is to help people in accessing that wisdom. I have deep roots in Nature Connection with all ages and am currently pursuing my Masters in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. My approach is a person-centered blend of Mindfulness, Gestalt Therapy (Somatic), Parts Work, CBT and Nature Therapy/Ecotherapy. What matters most to me is not the theoretical framework used, but the person I am walking beside on their path of healing. My focus is centered on wellbeing rather than pathologizing people. In working collaboratively with my clients, we can increase awareness, compassion, and acceptance which allows for helpful changes to occur naturally.

My personal interests are singing, music, dancing, ritual/ceremony, gardening, earth skills, exercise, cooking/nutrition, being in nature, and spending time with friends and family.
