Hayley Jo Hall

I believe there is always hope, and that healing and growth can come from within. My role is to help ignite that sense of hope while supporting individuals and families in developing the skills needed to achieve their personal goals and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a welcoming, accepting, and judgment free environment for all individuals, regardless of beliefs, culture, identity, or lifestyle.
I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, impulsivity, grief, self harm, suicidal ideation, and changes in family dynamics. I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy, believing that every person deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique experiences and needs.
My therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of evidence based modalities including person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, play therapy, and art therapy. I value collaboration, authenticity, and helping clients build practical tools that support long term emotional wellness and resilience.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, where my coursework included treatment planning, diagnosis, multicultural considerations, and co occurring disorders. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and continually expanding my knowledge to better support the individuals and families I serve.
As a Registered Associate, I abide by the Code of Ethics established by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, as well as the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I receive ongoing clinical supervision at Inner Peace Counseling under Irene Meeker, LMFT.
