Hannah Smith

Welcome, I am Hannah, and I am currently an internship student pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am on track to become a Professional Counselor Associate, with approximately 10 months remaining in my academic program. My education is complemented by a strong foundation of professional experience, having worked for the past three years as a Registered Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including women who have experienced intimate partner violence, children navigating mental health challenges, and individuals on the path of addiction recovery.

I approach counseling from a person-centered perspective, believing that each individual possesses the capacity for growth, healing, and change when met with empathy, respect, and genuine support. In every interaction, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.

It is my honor to walk alongside you on your journey. As we work together, my hope is to support you in discovering your inner strengths, healing from past wounds, and moving toward the life you envision for yourself.
