I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Having lived across the United States, I’ve made Southern Oregon my home for over three years. My integrative approach to therapy is both supportive and validating, dedicated to helping clients regain a sense of control and balance.

Rooted in evidence-based practices, my therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, and more. I work with clients of various ages and backgrounds, specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.

I offer a compassionate space for healing and growth, believing that exploring and understanding ourselves in a deep and purposeful way enables us to change what keeps a meaningful and satisfying life out of reach. I am here to walk with you towards a path of healing.
