Eireen Dale F Madelo

Born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii, I bring a culturally grounded and community oriented perspective to my work as a soon to be case manager. I am graduating in Spring 2026 from Southern Oregon University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, where I developed a strong foundation in mental health, human behavior, and client centered support.
In my role as a Front Office Support Specialist, I enjoy creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients while assisting with administrative coordination and day to day office operations. This position has strengthened my communication, organization, and client support skills while deepening my passion for helping others.
During my time at SOU, I was also a member of the university’s beach volleyball program, contributing to our team’s achievement as the 2026 NAIA National Championship champions. This experience strengthened my skills in teamwork, resilience, and performance under pressure, qualities I carry into my professional work.
I will be continuing my education at Adams State University in Colorado, where I will pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My long term goal is to become a sports psychologist, supporting athletes in developing mental strength, confidence, and overall well being.
As a soon to be case manager, I am committed to providing empathetic, culturally responsive care and helping individuals navigate challenges while empowering them to reach their full potential.
