Brianna Schwenk

As a Qualified Mental Health Professional at Inner Peace Counseling, I provide compassionate, practical, and trauma-informed support for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma responses, life transitions, and performance-related challenges. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, capable, and supported while building meaningful progress in everyday life.
I believe healing often begins with feeling safe, understood, and empowered. Many people carry stress in both the mind and body, which can show up as anxiety, irritability, shutdown, sleep difficulties, relationship strain, feeling stuck, or trouble performing at their best. Together, we work to better understand these patterns and build tools that create steadier emotional balance and healthier functioning.
My background in Health Psychology also shapes my approach. I value the strong connection between mental and physical health, recognizing that stress, trauma, sleep disruption, chronic pain, hormonal changes, lifestyle patterns, and nervous system dysregulation can all influence emotional well-being. I help clients explore these mind-body connections while building practical strategies that support whole-person wellness.
My approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed coping skills, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based support. I aim to meet each client where they are and help create realistic progress at a manageable pace.
I also provide infra-low-frequency neurofeedback, a gentle, non-invasive approach that supports nervous system regulation. Neurofeedback may help improve anxiety, focus, emotional regulation, sleep quality, trauma recovery support, resilience to stress, and performance under pressure.
I work with adults and teens facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, boundary-setting, communication stress, major life changes, and emotional regulation difficulties. I also enjoy supporting teen athletes with confidence-building, stress management, focus, motivation, recovery from setbacks, and mental performance skills that translate both in sport and daily life.
Having lived in Southern Oregon for many years, I value the balance of community connection, wellness, and growth. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, being outdoors, and continuing to learn new approaches that better support the people I serve.
I am honored to be part of the Inner Peace Counseling team and would welcome the opportunity to support you on your path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
