Location

Area of Focus:

I serve as the Administrative Assistant at, where I support the daily operations, team coordination, and continued growth of the agency. My role combines leadership support, operational organization, onboarding, scheduling, and community outreach, all with the goal of creating a strong foundation that allows both providers and clients to feel supported.

I work closely with leadership and clinical staff to help streamline systems, improve communication, and support the evolving needs of a growing practice. I’m passionate about helping create an environment where providers can focus on meaningful client care while ensuring the agency continues to operate in a sustainable and thoughtful way.

In addition to my administrative role, I am certified in neurofeedback and have hands on experience supporting clients through neurofeedback services within a skills building framework. I incorporate neurofeedback alongside grounding techniques, emotional regulation strategies, mindfulness, executive functioning support, and other practical coping skills to help clients build awareness, improve self-regulation, and strengthen daily functioning.

My background in case management and direct client support continues to shape how I approach this work. Having worked closely with individuals navigating mental health challenges, I understand the importance of meeting clients where they are and creating support that feels both practical and approachable. I’m especially passionate about helping clients better understand their nervous systems while building tools they can realistically apply outside of sessions to support long term growth, stability, and overall well being.

Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, I feel incredibly grateful to serve the community that shaped me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring Southern Oregon and beyond.
