Area of Focus:

I serve as the Administrative Assistant at Inner Peace Counseling, where my work focuses on supporting the people, systems, and day-to-day operations that allow the agency to grow in a thoughtful and sustainable way. My role is centered on strengthening internal processes, supporting onboarding and coordination, and helping create structure that supports both providers and clients.

I work closely with leadership and the clinical team on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and operational needs, while also contributing to community outreach and marketing efforts that help Inner Peace remain accessible and connected to the community we serve. I approach this work collaboratively, with an emphasis on clear communication, organization, and supporting the overall well being of the team.

In addition to my administrative and leadership responsibilities, I am certified in neurofeedback and have hands on experience supporting clients receiving neurofeedback services. This background allows me to understand both the clinical intent and the client experience, and to support the integration of neurofeedback into care in a way that is ethical, informed, and client centered.

My background in case management and direct client support continues to inform my work. Having spent years working closely with clients and providers, I understand the practical and emotional demands of this field and strive to ensure that growth and operational decisions remain grounded in compassion, functionality, and continuity of care. I’m especially passionate about building systems that allow providers to focus on meaningful clinical work while supporting long term sustainability for the agency as a whole.

I was born and raised in the Rogue Valley and feel grateful to serve the community that shaped me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring Southern Oregon and beyond.
