I believe meaningful change happens within safe, authentic relationships where individuals feel fully seen, heard, and understood. I am passionate about supporting and affirming the true selves of each person I work with, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients on their journeys, learning from their unique experiences.
I support adults and teens navigating challenges such as addiction, ADHD, anxiety, relationship struggles, codependency, grief, life transitions, trauma, and mood disorders. My approach integrates attachment theory, internal family systems, existential perspectives, person-centered therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am passionate about providing inclusive and affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals.
My background includes working with individuals facing co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, as well as supporting students across all age groups in educational settings. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
In our work together, my goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space where you feel genuinely seen as you move toward your goals. I strive to provide both compassionate care and practical tools to help you grow and heal.
