Navigating family life, emotional overwhelm, or parenting challenges can be isolating—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who specializes in helping children, parents, and families move from survival mode to more connected, empowered living.

I work with individuals and families navigating patterns shaped by trauma, unmet emotional needs, or the unique challenges that can come with neurodivergence.. Whether your child is struggling with emotional regulation, you’re feeling burnt out as a parent, or your relationships feel strained and reactive, my goal is to help you find clarity, compassion, and tools that actually work in real life.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I integrate play therapy, attachment theory, family systems, and trauma-informed care to meet each client where they are. I’m also experienced in supporting neurodivergent children and families navigating complex behavioral, emotional, and school-related challenges.

You’ll find our sessions grounded, affirming, and tailored to your goals—often with space for humor, honesty, and real talk. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting with your strengths, understanding your story, and building a more sustainable path forward.

Outside of the office, I love scary movies, dancing, and time with my kiddo. I understand how hard it is to hold so many roles at once—and I honor the courage it takes to seek support.

If you’re looking for a therapist who values authenticity, growth, and whole-family healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
