Michael Tucker

Michael leads with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach rooted in collaboration, empathy, and personal growth. He believes that transformation begins when individuals feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Michael works to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, recognize their inherent value, and build on their natural resilience.

He integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also incorporating spiritual integration when appropriate, to support each client’s unique path toward healing and growth.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Urshan University. His academic training emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application, preparing him to work with diverse populations through culturally responsive and trauma-informed care. In addition to his formal education, Michael has served in pastoral leadership since 2008, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals through crisis, personal hardship, and spiritual challenges.
