Empowerment. Expression. Embodiment.

I believe that every person carries within them the capacity to heal. My role, as a counselor, is to help you reconnect with that wise intelligence. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Somatic-Based Trauma-Informed Counseling through Prescott College, as well as an Expressive Arts certification through Tamalpa Institute. I aspire to help make this world a more just and beautiful place, one human, one family at a time.

In therapy, we are invited to be with who we have been and what has shaped us, so we can make space for who we are becoming. We all suffer. We all long for love, forgiveness, and freedom. Therapy can be a place to listen deeply for what you truly want and build the tools needed to move toward the life you envision.

Therapeutic Presence & Experience

With more than twenty-five years of experience as a bodyworker, full-spectrum doula, and movement educator, I bring a deeply grounded and spiritually attuned presence to every session. I see the body as a map of wisdom and the heart as a guide—together they hold pathways to embodiment, expression, and empowerment.

In my practice, mind, body, and emotion are not separate—they are woven together in the story of your life. I have experience supporting clients living with (childhood) trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, chronic pain/illness, and life transitions, helping them reconnect with their innate wisdom to find home in their body, heart, and life.

My approach is grounded in Somatic Therapy, Attachment and Developmental Therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness and nature-based practices, and psychedelic-informed integration (when appropriate),  all offered in a safe, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic relationship. As a spiritually-based therapist, I honor your beliefs, values, and aspirations. My focus is on fostering well-being and integration rather than pathologizing.

I am especially devoted to supporting women’s health during transformative seasons of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and other pivotal transitions.

About Me:

As a mother, I love spending time with my wondrous family.  As a human, I love dancing, being in the wild of nature, and nurturing community, so that we may all belong to ourselves and each other, being and becoming together. Truly.
