Seeking therapy is a brave step, and I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and move toward growth and healing.

I offer an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic practices, and transpersonal techniques. I believe in working with the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to help you find balance and well-being. My role is to support you in reaching whatever goals you have for yourself by providing nonjudgmental support and to assist you on your journey, whatever form it may take.

I specialize in supporting adolescents, families, and adults. My clients often share that my authentic, calm and grounding presence makes it easy to build trust and feel at ease. Using a strengths-based and collaborative approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, empowering you to create meaningful and lasting change.Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or questions of identity, I provide a holistic and multicultural framework to guide our work together. My goal is to help you connect with your inner resilience, heal, and thrive.

I offer both in-person therapy in Medford and Grants Pass, and online therapy for added convenience.

I graduated with my BS in Psychology from SOU in 2014, and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2023. When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and hiking around Southern Oregon with my dog.
