About My Work

I walk alongside individuals at life’s edges: welcoming new life, grieving its loss, rediscovering identity, or deepening connection to body, heart, mind, and spirit. My work begins with presence: listening to the body’s truths, honoring emotions as they arise, and fostering a sense of belonging in the natural world.

Who I Support

Mothers, families, and adventure athletes navigating birth, loss, identity shifts, or radical transformation.

Therapeutic Influences

My approach is shaped by training in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University and the Somatic Nature Therapy Institute, as well as influences from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Attachment Theory, Somatic and Embodiment Practices, Maternal Mental Health, and Creative Expression. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and specialized training in maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and baby loss support. This integrative approach creates spaces where grief and joy can sit together, curiosity can foster transformation, and each person can step into their most authentic self.

About Me

I share life with my husband and children on our small lifestyle farm, where the seasons shape our days and connection to the land is woven into our rhythms. I find joy in gardening, herbalism, trail running, camping, reading, and photography, practices that root me in nature’s cycles and the beauty of everyday life.
