Since getting sober in 2011, my heart and purpose have been rooted in recovery. I am deeply passionate about walking alongside individuals who are navigating addiction, mental health challenges, or life obstacles that may be holding them back from the life they were created to live.

I believe sobriety is often the first step on the road to recovery, a foundation that opens the door to deeper healing, growth, and self-discovery. I also believe that lasting change is strengthened through connection. Staying engaged with a supportive, like-minded community can be a powerful key to building a sustainable and hope-filled future.

With strong ties to the recovery community here in the Rogue Valley, I enjoy helping individuals build meaningful connections and link them with resources that support long term wellness. My approach is peer-centered, relational, and grounded in lived experience, with a focus on encouragement, accountability, and practical support.

My mission is to gently guide people back to a place of hope and help equip them with tools to protect and sustain that hope over time.

As a faith-based provider, I am always open to conversations about Jesus, spirituality, and personal belief systems. At the same time, I recognize that recovery looks different for everyone. I strive to create a compassionate, respectful space where individuals of all backgrounds can explore their own path to healing in a way that feels authentic and supportive to them.
