Christina Muffler

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, as each client brings unique experiences, perspectives, and needs. I believe everyone has the capacity to achieve an optimal state of well-being. I strive to create an atmosphere of collaboration and trust, where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. By fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, I ensure that clients feel heard, validated, and empowered in their journey toward growth.
As a firm believer in person-centered care, I tailor treatment to align with each individual’s, couple’s, or family’s goals. My approach is personalized and eclectic employing a variety of models and interventions to support clients on their unique paths.
My education and training include a strong foundation in systems theory which informs my work. I help clients explore how the systems they are part of- family, relationships, culture, and society- have shaped their experiences and identities. I also utilize narrative, strengths- based, cognitive and dialectical behavioral, mindfulness and somatic techniques to help deepen self-awareness and healing. I also hold certificates in Medical Family Therapy and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional growth to ensure I provide the highest quality care to my clients.
I am here to support you in navigating life’s challenges, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful change.
