I am passionate about honoring the unique identity of each person and relationship I work with.

My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you pursue growth and healing. Whether you are facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, or family dynamics, I aim to empower you with practical tools and compassionate care.

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a COAMFTE-accredited program, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oregon. With nearly six years of experience in behavioral health and special education, I bring a thoughtful and informed approach to therapy.

My background includes working with neurodivergent individuals and families in diverse cultural settings, including the U.S., Mexico, and Africa. These experiences have shaped my culturally responsive and inclusive perspective on care.

As a faith-based therapist, I welcome opportunities to incorporate your spiritual and personal beliefs into our work together. You do not need to share any particular faith to benefit from therapy with me, I offer an open and respectful space for clients from all walks of life.
