How do I get started?
Start by filling out our quick online intake form. From there, our admin team will review your needs and preferences, match you with a therapist who fits, and reach out to schedule your first session.
Do you offer therapy for children or teens?
Yes. We work with children as young as five years old, using developmentally appropriate approaches like play therapy, as well as traditional talk therapy for adolescents.
Can I choose my therapist?
You’re welcome to let us know if you have a preference. We do our best to match you with someone who aligns with your goals, identity, and scheduling needs. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you find someone else within our team.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. We offer telehealth services through a secure client portal, and sessions can also be done by phone if needed. Many of our clients appreciate the flexibility this offers.
How often will I need to come in?
That depends on your goals and your therapist’s recommendation. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust from there as things progress.
What if I don’t know what kind of therapy I need?
Don’t worry, you don’t need to have that figured out. Our team will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend an approach that feels supportive and appropriate for what you’re navigating.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes absolutely, your privacy is a top priority. We follow all legal and ethical guidelines to ensure your information stays secure, with only a few legally required exceptions (such as immediate safety concerns).
